摘要
城市规划核实测量作为建设工程批后管理的重要一环,为自然资源和规划管理部门依法行政审批提供翔实的资料,地理信息数据采集的高效性、准确性,直接影响规划审批决策的科学性。通过介绍无人机倾斜摄影测量和三维激光扫描测量的基本原理,分析两者的优缺点,阐述了无人机倾斜摄影与地面三维激光扫描在规划核实测量中的技术路线,采用实验及精度评定,实现了无人机倾斜摄影与地面三维激光扫描在规划核实测量中的应用。
As an important part of post approval management of construction projects,verification survey of urban planning provides detailed data for administrative examination and approval of natural resources and planning management departments according to law.The efficiency and accuracy of geographic information data collection directly affect the scientificity of planning approval decision-making.By introducing the basic principles of UAV tilt photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning survey,the advantages and disadvantages of them are analyzed.The technical route of UAV tilt photogrammetry and ground 3D laser scanning in planning verification survey is elaborated.The application of UAV tilt photogrammetry and ground 3D laser scanning in planning verification survey is realized through experiments and accuracy evaluation research significance and promotion value.
