摘要
利用有机硅氧烷在水相中的自交联反应,对丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚乳液进行改性,制得光泽高、硬度高、附着力强、耐水白好及浸水恢复性好的硅丙真石漆用乳液。研究了反应温度、有机硅单体配比及加入方式等因素对反应过程及乳液耐水性的影响。
The copolymerization emulsion of butyl acrylate,styrene,methacrylate and methyl methacrylate was modified by the self-crosslinking reaction of organosilicoxane in aqueous phase.After modification,a siliconeacrylic real stone paint emulsion with high gloss,high hardness,strong adhesion,good water white resistance and good water recovery was prepared.The effects of reaction temperature,ratio and adding method of organosilicon monomer on the reaction process and water resistance of emulsion were studied.
