摘要 油气显示活跃、压力窗口窄的地层钻进中,采用精细控压钻井技术实现井筒压力的动态平衡。精细控压钻进结束后,采用常规"正注反挤"固井方法注水泥浆施工,井筒压力不能达到动态平衡,固井质量无法保障。精细控压固井通过控压技术结合重浆盖帽方式,在通井、称重、注水泥等固井施工过程对井筒压力进行控制,实现窄密度窗口固井井筒压力平衡,ST7井通过在Φ184.15 mm尾管固井中采用精细控压技术,实现了3610 m裸眼固井质量优质率56.2%、合格率97.3%,保障了施工的井控安全。 In the formation drilling with active oil and gas display and narrow pressure window,the application of fine pressure control drilling technology can realize the dynamic balance of wellbore pressure.After the completion of fine pressure control drilling,the wellbore pressure can not reach dynamic balance by using the conventional cementing method of"positive injection and reverse extrusion"to inject cement slurry,so the cementing quality cannot be guaranteed.Through pressure control technology combined with heavy slurry capping,the wellbore pressure is controlled in the process of drifting,weighing,cementing and other cementing operations,so as to achieve wellbore pressure balance in narrow density window cementing.Through the application of fine pressure control technology in theΦ184.15 mm liner cementing of ST7 well,the high-quality rate of 3610 m open hole cementing reached to 56.2%and the qualified rate reached to 97.3%,which ensures the well control safety of cementing operation.
