摘要
工程监督人员在现场履职过程中,常常会遇到监督协调、工程复杂事故、监督思路不清等情况,为了提升工程监督队伍整体工作效率,做到现场异常情况的及时处置,充分利用监督管理团队力量,抓好井筒工程监督人员的汇报是监督管理中一个重要环节。阐述了华北油田对监督汇报制度、培训、检查、监督考核等方面管理,提高现场监督信息汇报质量,最终达到安全、优质施工的目的。
In the process of performing their duties on site,engineering supervisors often encounter abnormal situations such as supervision coordination,complex engineering accidents,unclear supervision ideas and so on.In order to improve the overall work efficiency of the engineering supervision team,to timely handle the abnormal situation on site,make full use of the strength of the supervision management team and strengthen the reporting of the wellbore engineering supervisors is an important link in the supervision and management of wellbore engineering.
