水性高硬度耐划伤内墙涂料的制备及性能测试 被引量:3

摘要 通过优选高硬度乳液和高硬度粉料,研究了水性高硬度耐划伤内墙涂料的制备方法,探讨了聚合物乳液、高硬度粉料、消泡剂、防冻剂对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,硅丙乳液RS-939W用量为30%、优宝微长石粉X7用量为8%,有机硅消泡剂334与B199复配添加、防冻剂乙二醇与冻融稳定剂FT100复配添加,所制备的内墙涂料硬度达H且抗划伤性能优良。 In this paper,by optimizing high-hardness emulsion and high-hardness powder,the preparation method of water-borne high hardness scratch resistant interior coating was studied,and the influence of emulsion type,high hardness powder,defoamer and antifreeze on the performance of the coating was determined.The results showed that when adding 30%silicone-acrylic emulsion RS-939W,8%eupoxite X7,compound adding silicone defoamer 334 with B199,and compound adding antifreeze ethylene glycol with freeze-thaw stabilizer FT100,the hardness of prepared interior wall coatings were H,and it had good scratch resistance.
