摘要 采用P·O42.5水泥,以天然河砂和钢渣砂为主要骨料,以Ⅱ级粉煤灰为填料并添加自制的砂浆稳定剂配制钢渣-粉煤灰预拌砂浆。介绍了该砂浆常用的原材料、所需的技术途径、配合比设计方法以及其物理化性能、力学性能和防水性能等,研究了自制砂浆稳定剂对该砂浆物理性能和施工性能的影响,并采用了SEM和MIP等测试方法对其进行了表征。结果表明,钢渣的活性释放是中长期的过程,钢渣砂的掺量应控制在45%以内,其对砂浆的密实度和吸水率影响很大。 Using P·O42.5 cement,with natural river sand and steel slag sand as the main aggregate,using gradeⅡfly ash as filler and adding self-made mortar stabilizer,the steel slag-fly ash ready-mixed mortar with excellent performance was successfully prepared.It mainly introduces the raw materials commonly used in this kind of mortar,the required technical approach,the design method of mixing ratio,and its physical properties,mechanical properties and waterproof properties,etc,the influence of self-made mortar stabilizer on the physical properties and construction performance of the mortar was studied,and it was characterized by using SEM and MIP test methods.The results show that the active release of steel slag is a medium and long-term process,and the amount of steel slag sand should be controlled within 45%,which has a great impact on the compactness and water absorption of mortar.
