基于统计学原理的锚杆破坏特征分析与巷道修复技术

摘要 针对王楼煤矿二采区胶带下山软岩巷道多次修复仍难以维护的问题,通过收集巷道断裂锚杆,基于统计学原理对锚杆断裂位置及断口特征进行统计分析,结合巷道钻孔窥视结果,通过极限平衡方程计算得出巷道围岩塑性区范围,据此进一步分析了巷道围岩运动规律。结果表明:顶煤与顶板分界面附近处煤体破裂严重,其中失效锚杆具有剪切裂纹且发生在拱部的概率约为74.4%,表明拱部受力锚杆以剪切断裂为主,因此,提高顶板处锚杆的抗剪能力是此次返修的关键;巷道表面向内57~1329 mm范围内为巷道围岩的主要相对运动区域,并且在距离巷道表面693 mm处围岩相对运动最为剧烈,这为巷道修复支护参数研究提供了有效依据,并以此制定了现场支护方案。现场应用表明,巷道两帮及顶板变形量均控制在50 mm以内,该方法能有效控制巷道围岩变形,保证了巷道围岩的长期稳定。 In view of the difficult roadway maintaining of soft rock downward transportation roadway in No.2 panel of Wanglou Coal Mine,through collecting the broken rock bolts in the roadway,the statistical analysis on the failure location and fracture characteristics of the bolts was conducted based on principle of statistics,and by combining with the roadway drilling observation results,the plastic area range in surrounding rock of the roadway was calculated by the limit equilibrium equation,and the deformation law of the surrounding rock was further analyzed.The results showed that the fracture of coal near the interface between top coal and roof was serious,and the probability of failure bolt having shear crack and occurring in the arch had about 74.4%,which showed that the stress bolt in the arch was mainly shear fracture,so it was the key point of roadway repairing to improve the shear resistance of the bolt in the roof.The main relative movement area of the roadway surrounding rock was in the range of 57-1329 mm from the roadway surface,and the relative movement of surrounding rock was the most violent at 693 mm away from the roadway surface,which provided an effective basis for the study of roadway repairing and support parameters,and a field support scheme was determined based on the results.The field application showed that the deformations of both sides and roof were controlled within 50 mm.This method could effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and ensure the long-term stability of surrounding rock.
