摘要
在肯定了煤炭仍是我国主体能源的前提下,对新发展格局下煤炭行业如何高质量发展进行了系统性分析。认为,煤炭行业唯有创新才能高质量发展,同时还要提高危机意识,关注其他能源的发展;在转变发展方式方面,煤炭行业应进行4个转变:燃料向原料转变,劳动密集型向技术密集型转变,污染型向绿色环保型转变,高危行业向安全型行业转变。指出,煤炭行业需要重点关注发展战略研究,关注工业布局与能源布局协同推进,关注碳约束条件下的能源结构调整,关注行业企业形象宣传,关注企业文化建设,关注企业人才培养。
On the premise that coal is still the main energy in China,the author conducted a systematic analysis about how to develop the coal industry with high quality under the new development pattern,also believed that only innovation could lead to high quality development of coal industry,and at the same time,it is important to raise awareness of crisis and pay attention to development of other energy.In changing the pattern of development,the coal industry should undergo four transformations:the transformation from fuel to raw materials,the transformation from labor-intensive to technology-intensive,the transformation from pollution to green environmental protection,and the transformation from high-risk industries to safe industries.The author pointed out that the coal industry needs to pay attention to study of the development strategy,coordinated promotion of industrial layout and energy layout,adjustment of energy structure under carbon constraints,industry corporate image promotion,enterprise culture construction,and enterprise personnel training.
