摘要
在严格按照石油焦挥发分分析标准(SH/T0026—90)要求操作的前提下,对实验过程中粒度、高温炉的升温和恒温时间对石油焦挥发分分析数据波动的影响进行探讨,提出合理的试验条件,为降低石油焦挥发分分析数据波动提供保障。
In strict accordance with petroleum coke analysis standard of SH/T0026—90 under the premise of operation requirements, the effects of the experiment processes including particle size, high temperature furnace heating and constant temperature time on the data fluctuation of volatility of petroleum coke are discussed, and reasonable test conditions are put forward, which could reduce fluctuations of volatile analysis data.
