摘要
十三五规划以来,我国农村信用体系建设已在多地取得了显著的正向效应,成功的经验明确昭示了该体系的建立于乡村治理与振兴举足轻重,近年来浦口区坚持把社会信用体系建设融入高质量发展,选取大埝、后圩等5个社区作为工作试点并取得了可观成效,基于对国内优秀农村信用体系建设发展经验的总结,以浦口区大埝社区为视角介绍农村信用体系建设已初步取得的成效以及其显现出的问题,并有针对性地提出政策建议.
Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the construction of rural credit system in China has achieved significant positive effects in many places.Successful experience clearly shows that the establishment of this system is of great importance to rural governance and revital-ization.In recent years,Pukou District persists in integrating the construction of social credit system into high-quality development,and se-lects five communities such as danian and Houwei as pilot projects and has achieved considerable results.Based on the summary of excel-lent experience in the construction and development of rural credit system in China,this paper introduces the preliminary achievements and problems of rural credit system construction from the perspective of the danian community in Pukou district,and puts forward some political suggestions.
