摘要
选取2.92 mm射频同轴连接器作为研究对象,研究了电接触表面腐蚀退化机理,根据连接器的结构尺寸和材料参数,在CST软件中建立了不同腐蚀程度的三维电磁场仿真模型,对散射参数和电压驻波比进行了仿真分析,研究结果较好地反映了不同程度腐蚀退化对不同频率信号传输的影响情况。研究结论对射频同轴连接器的设计及故障诊断有着重要意义。
In this paper,a 2.92 mm RF coaxial connector selected as the research object,the mechanism of the electric contact surface corrosion degradation was studied.According to the structure size and material parameters of the connector,a 3D electromagnetic field model with degenerated contact surface was established in the CST software,and the simulation analysis of S parameter and VSWR were carried out.The results show the influence of corrosion degradation on signal transmission at different frequencies.The research conclusions have important significance for the design and fault diagnosis of the RF coaxial connector.
