摘要
《海南省建设国际旅游消费中心的实施方案》中明确提出,要提升旅游人力资源国际化水平,然而海南旅游从业人员大部分都是低学历,综合素质较低,工学矛盾突出,不能很好地满足海南国际旅游消费中心建设对旅游人才需求。通过分析海南远程教育培养旅游人才现状,提出共建共享远程教育学习平台、加强远程教育教学理论学习、优化远程教育学习平台课程资源、加强学习支持服务、运用大数据进行管理等对策,助力海南建设国际旅游消费中心。
The implementation plan of building Hainan into an international tourism consumption center clearly points out that it is necessary to improve the international level of tourism human resources.However,most of Hainan’s tourism employees are of low educational background,low comprehensive quality.And the contradiction between work and study is prominent,which can not meet the needs for Tourism talents in the construction of Hainan international tourism consumption center.By analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of Hainan's distance education tourism talents,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as Co-construction and Sharing of distance education learning platform,strengthening the study of distance education teaching theory,optimizing the course resources of distance education learning platform,strengthening learning support service,and using big data for management,so as to help Hainan build an international tourism consumption center.
