一种面外弯曲阻尼器抗震性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 金属弯曲耗能阻尼器是利用菱形孔钢板同厚度处同时屈服的特性,实现阻尼器高效耗能。工程应用表明:这类阻尼器传统布置形式的辅助支撑易产生无效位移,辅助支撑传递给耗能元件的有效位移较少,进而降低了阻尼器的耗能性能;阻尼器易对梁产生较大附加弯矩,对主体结构受力存在不利影响;辅助支撑相对耗能元件材料消耗量大,降低了材料利用率。为了解决这个问题,创新性地提出了一种支撑式面外弯曲阻尼器(简称ADAS),并对其进行试验研究。结果表明ADAS具有良好的抗震性能,较大的强化系数有利于提高耗散能量,其构造保证了菱形孔钢板实现全截面同时屈服耗能状态,菱形孔钢板裂缝发展充分,使得阻尼器的菱形孔钢板耗能充分。 Metal bending energy dissipation damper is to achieve high energy dissipation by utilizing the characteristics of diamond-shaped hole plates yielding at the same thickness at the same time.The engineering application shows that the traditional auxiliary support of this kind of damper is easy to produce invalid displacement,and the effective displacement transferred by the auxiliary support to the energy dissipation element is less,thus reducing the energy dissipation performance of the damper;the damper is easy to produce large additional bending moment on the beam,which has adverse effects on the main structure;the auxiliary support consumes more materials than the energy dissipation element,which reduces the material utilization rate.In order to solve this problem,out-of-plane bending damper(ADAS)is proposed and tested.The results show that ADAS has good seismic performance,and large strengthening coefficient is conducive to increase the dissipation energy.Its structure ensures that the diamond-shaped hole steel plate achieves a full cross-section and yields at the same time.The crack development of the diamond-shaped hole plate is sufficient,which makes the energy consumption of the diamond hole steel plate of the damper sufficient.
