摘要
植物蜡质是覆盖在植物地上大部分器官表面的一层疏水性屏障,由各种亲脂性的化合物组成。植物蜡质复杂的组成、特殊的结构决定了其具有重要的功能。本文综述了植物蜡质的组成、形态及功能,并对蜡质与环境的关系和研究前景进行了探讨。
Plant wax is a hydrophobic barrier covering the surface of most organs on the ground of plants and which is composed of a variety of lipophilic compounds.The complex composition and special structure of plant wax determine its important function,and has attracted much attention.The composition,morphology and function of plant waxes were reviewed,and the relationship between waxes and environment and the research foreground were also discussed in this paper.
