摘要
习近平新时代劳动观有理论、实践、价值三重逻辑。它以马克思主义劳动观为理论根源,以中国优秀传统劳动理念为理论养分,以中国化的马克思主义劳动论述为理论依据,展现了鲜明的理论逻辑;强调始终坚持"以人民为中心"的原则,在全社会培养"劳动光荣、创造伟大"的奋斗精神,切实开展劳动教育,培养"德智体美劳"全面发展的时代新人,显现了清晰的实践逻辑;强调劳动是创造幸福的不竭源泉,是实现人的全面发展的重要手段,是解决现实难题的有效路径,是全面建设社会主义现代化强国的必由之路,是"托起"中国梦、成就民族梦的根本途径,呈现了明晰的价值逻辑。
Xi Jinping′s view on labor in the new era has a triple logic of theory,practice,and value.Taking the Marxist concept of labor as its theoretical root,the excellent traditional Chinese labor concept as its theoretical nutrient,and the Marxist labor discourse in China as its theoretical basis,it shows a clear theoretical logic;putting emphasis on adhering to the"people-centered"principle,cultivating the striving spirit of"adoring work and creating greatness"in the whole society,carrying out labor education,and cultivating newcomers of the era of comprehensive development of"ethics,intelligence,physicality,art and labor",it shows clear practical logic;attaching importance to the idea that labor is the inexhaustible source of the creation of happiness,an important means to realize the all-round development of people,an effective way to solve practical problems,the only way to build a modernized and powerful socialist country in an all-round way,and the fundamental way to"hold up"the Chinese dream and achieve the national dream,it presents clear logic of value.
