摘要
现代企业行政管理工作作为影响企业发展动力和竞争力的关键,在全新的发展环境下,以行政管理工作创新为带动力,为企业各部门工作的有序开展提供帮助,利于实现现代化企业发展的整体目标。为此,论文分析现代企业行政管理工作现状,并针对主要存在的问题提出行政管理创新变革的对策和建议,以期为管理人员提供理论的参考和借鉴。
The administrative management of modern enterprises is the key to the development motivation and competitiveness of enterprises.Under the new development environment,with the administrative management work innovation as the driving force,it provides help for the orderly development of all departments of the enterprise,which is conducive to the realization of the overall goal of modern enterprise development.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of modern enterprise administrative management work,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation and reform of administration in view of the main existing problems,so as to provide theoretical reference for managers.
