3种固化剂对坡地黄土抗冲刷性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用室内试验,研究了3种不同固化剂对黄土抗剪强度、渗透系数和抗冲刷性能的影响。结果表明:掺加固化剂能有效提高黄土的抗剪强度,显著降低黄土径流含沙量,明显增强黄土坡面的抗冲刷性能,随养护龄期增长和固化剂掺量增加,黄土抗剪强度逐渐增强,渗透系数逐渐减小,径流含沙量逐渐降低;随压实度增加抗剪强度显著增大,渗透系数显著减小,含沙量逐渐变小;随坡度的增大径流含沙量先降低后增大,当坡度为30°时径流含沙量最小。不同固化剂对黄土性能影响大小为SG-1>EN-1>W-OH。综合考虑固化剂有效利用率和经济效益等因素,在实际应用中建议EN-1固化剂掺量为0.5%,SG-1、W-OH掺量为1.0%,为了使其具有良好的抗剪强度和抗渗性能,应尽可能延长养护龄期,增加压实度,建议养护龄期至少要在7 d以上,压实度控制在0.95以上,黄土坡面坡度不宜超过30°。 The effect of three different curing agents on the shear strength,permeability coefficient and erosion resistance of loess were studied by laboratory tests.The results showed that the addition of curing agent could effectively improve the shear strength of loess,significantly reduce the sand concentration of loess runoff,and obviously enhance the erosion resistance of loess slope performance.With the increase of curing age and the amount of curing agent,the shear strength of loess gradually increased,the permeability coefficient gradually decreased,and the runoff sediment content gradually decreased;as the compaction degree increased,the shear strength increased significantly,the permeability coefficient decreased significantly,and the sediment content gradually decreased;as the slope increased,the runoff sediment content decreased first and then increased.When the slope was 30°,the runoff sediment content was the minimum.The effect of different curing agents on the properties of loess was SG-1>EN-1>W-OH.Considering the effective utilization rate and economic benefits of the curing agent,it was suggested that the dosage of EN-1 curing agent was 0.5%,and that of SG-1 and W-OH were 1.0%.In order to have good shear strength and impermeability,the curing age should be extended as long as possible and increased the degree of compaction.It was recommended that the curing age should be at least 7 d,the compaction should be controlled above 0.95,and the slope of the loess slope should not exceed 30°.
