摘要
通过对金泽水源地上下游跨区域、跨部门监测资源的集成与分析,依托水动力学和生态动力学模型、河网水量水质和突发水污染事件调控模型、供水量预测和水质预测模型以及库区水生植物管控和鱼类调控技术分析,建设跨区域、跨部门的金泽水源水质水量监测与预警业务化平台。该平台主要集成水质监测、风险分析、模型预测、联合调度、库区控防等业务分析模块以及在线数据监控、船舶AIS监控、视频监控识别等监控业务模块,可实现对金泽水源地水动力、溢油、化学品泄漏、锑浓度、藻类生态、供水量和常规水质的预测模拟。同时,平台可根据水情、工情变化提供水源地取水联合调度建议,并提供多种类业务化监控功能。
Through the integration and analysis of the upstream and downstream cross-regional and cross-departmental monitoring resources of the Jinze Reservoir,relying on hydrodynamic and ecological dynamics models,river network water quantity and water quality and sudden water pollution event regulation models,water supply forecasting and water quality forecasting models,and technical analysis of aquatic plant control and fish regulation in the reservoir area,a cross-regional and cross-departmental Jinze Reservoir water quality and quantity monitoring and early warning operational platform is built.The platform mainly integrates operational analysis modules such as water quality monitoring,risk analysis,model prediction,joint dispatch,reservoir area control and prevention,as well as monitoring operational modules such as online data monitoring,ship AIS monitoring,and video monitoring identification,which can realize the hydrodynamics of Jinze Reservoir,oil spill,chemical leakage,antimony concentration,algae ecology,water supply and conventional water quality prediction simulation.At the same time,the platform can provide recommendations for the joint scheduling of water intake from water sources according to changes in water conditions and work conditions,and provide various types of operational monitoring functions.
