摘要
危险性是化学品的一个天然属性,只不过有些化学品这种属性是隐性的,需要在各种条件激发下才能发挥,而有些化学品,比如国标中规定的危险化学品,其危险性都是非常大的,有时仅需一个条件就可触发,甚至直接接触就会造成安全威胁,因此,对于这些危险化学品进行严加的管控工作是十分有必要的,且在具体的工作进行中是不容疏忽的,在具体的工作进行中,除了做好全过程的监督管理外,还应提前做好应急方案的制定,以便当危险发生时能够及时采取应急救援对策。
