摘要
辛酰溴苯腈是一种高效且安全的除草剂,可以抑制杂草的光合作用,从而使杂草逐渐枯黄,直至死亡。因此,被越来越多农户所喜爱,市场需求也越来越大,这对辛酰溴苯腈的生产也提出一个更大的挑战。生产辛酰溴苯腈的主要原料是溴苯腈,通过与辛酰氯在催化剂的作用下发生化学反应,进而得到该物质。而辛酰氯的价格比较高,为了降低生产成本,对传统的辛酰溴苯腈的生产工艺进行改进,不仅降低了生产成本,同时也极大地提高了生产效率。
Bromoxynil octanoyl is an efficient and safe herbicide,which can inhibit the photosynthesis of weeds,so that weeds will gradually wither until death.Therefore,it is loved by more and more farmers and the market demand is increasing,which also poses a greater challenge to the production of bromoxynil octanoyl.The main raw material for producing bromoxynil octanoyl is bromoxynil,which is obtained by chemical reaction with octanoyl chloride under the action of a catalyst.The price of octanoyl chloride is relatively high.In order to reduce the production cost,this article improves the traditional production process of octanoyl bromoxynil,which not only reduces the production cost,but also greatly improves the production efficiency.
