摘要 研究了超临界CO2三釜串联萃取薏苡仁油的工艺条件,按照双釜并联、单釜萃取和三釜串联、双釜萃取两种方式,对薏苡仁油萃取工艺进行了对比研究,探索了三釜串联萃取的萃取时间、萃取流量、萃取釜的切换时间和切换方式等工艺条件对薏苡仁油萃取效果的影响。该方法可大幅度地提高生产效率,节能降耗,为今后的产业化生产提供了理论和实验数据支持及可行性依据。 The process of extracting coix seed oil by use of three pots in series and supercritical oxygen dioxide was studied in this article.The processes of using parallel connected two pots with one pot in extraction and using series connected three pots with two pots in extraction were compared and analyzed.The effects of time duration,flow and switch timing and form to the extraction of coix seed oil were studied.The production efficiency can be greatly raised by using the method presented herein,with energy saved and consumption reduced,by which the theoretical and experimental supports as well as flexibility are also provided.
