摘要
为了使菌落总数测量结果更加完整并有意义,评定其不确定度。在30℃下培养检测10份干枸杞浆果的需氧菌菌落总数,选用整体法评估本次试验结果的不确定度,并分析主要不确定度来源。结果表明,干枸杞浆果的菌落总数为(y±0.18)log10,其扩展不确定度U为0.18(log10),其他样品的菌落总数检测结果可参考该结果。
In order to make the measurement results of total colony count more complete and meaningful,the uncertainty was evaluated.The total number of colonies in the 10 dried goji berry samples was detected at 30°C.The overall method was used to evaluate the uncertainty of test results,and the main sources of uncertainty were analyzed.The results showed that the total number of colonies in the sample was(y±0.18)log and the expanded uncertainty U was 0.18(log).The detection results of the total number of colonies of other samples could be referred to this result.
