采用动态斜率法准确测定煤中氟的实验对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决煤中氟测定时氟电极易受溶液温度、大气压强等因素影响所导致的氟电极斜率漂移的问题,提出采用动态斜率的测试方法以削弱因氟电极斜率漂移所带来的测量误差。在同样使用价格低廉国产电极的条件下,通过对采用动态斜率方法测定煤中氟和采用国标方法测定煤中氟之间的测试结果进行比对,发现采用动态斜率方法所得结果的极差要小于采用国标方法所得结果的极差。使用动态斜率方法测定煤中氟,可降低对氟电极品质的要求,使用国产电极即可达到价格昂贵的进口电极同等效果,在保证测试精度的同时降低了煤中氟测定设备的用户使用成本。 In order to solve the problem of slope drift of fluorine electrode caused by solution temperature,atmospheric pressure and other factors in the determination of fluorine in coal,the dynamic slope test method was proposed to reduce the measurement error caused by the slope drift of fluorine electrode.Under the same condition of using domestic electrode with low price,by comparing the test results of determinations of fluorine in coal by dynamic slope method and by national standard method,it was found that the range of dynamic slope method is smaller than that of national standard method.Using the dynamic slope method to determine fluorine in coal can reduce the quality requirements of fluorine electrode.The domestic electrode can achieve the same effect as the expensive imported electrode,it can ensure the test accuracy and reduce the user cost of fluorine determination equipment.
