摘要
目的:建立同时测定天王补心丸中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilient Poroshell120 EC-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,柱温:25℃,检测波长:280 nm。结果:哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸分别在1.193~11.930μg·ml-1(r=1.0000)、0.443~4.432μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.17%和102.29%,RSD分别为1.04%,1.50%(n=6)。结论:此方法准确、简便、可靠、专属性强,可用于天王补心丸中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸含量的同时测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of harpagoside and cinnamate acid in Tianwang Buxin pills.Methods:An HPLC method was set up on an Agilient-C18column (150 mm×4.6 mm,4 um).The mobile phase was acetonitrilewater (containing 0.2%phosphoric acid) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was 25℃,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results:Harpagoside and cinnamic acid had a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.193-11.930μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0) and 0.443-4.432μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9),respectively,and the average recovery was102.17%(RSD=1.04%) and 102.29%(RSD=1.50%)(n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,reliable and specific,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of harpagoside and cinnamate acid in Tianwang Buxin pills.
