摘要
冷水机组对于供电的电能质量要求很高,电压暂降、电压不平衡均有可能造成机组直接停机。在实践过程中,由于供电问题发生的突然性和不确定性,对故障进行定位和复现的难度较大。文章通过对已发生的问题进行深刻剖析,发掘设备在参数配置、元器件选择中的问题,降低冷水机组停机的概率,提升数据中心运行的安全性。
Water chillers have high requirements for power quality of power supply.Voltage sag and voltage imbalance may cause direct shutdown of chillers.In the process of practice,due to the sudden and uncertainty of power supply problems,it is difficult to locate and reproduce the fault.Through the deep analysis of the existing problems,the problems in parameter configuration and component selection of equipment are explored,so as to reduce the probability of water chiller shutdown and improve the safety of data center operation.
