5G需求下小型IDC机房供电安全规划

摘要 5G需求下,IDC机房刀片式服务器功率密度大,短时间制冷中断就有可能烧毁设备。针对此风险,文中提出了一种小型IDC机房供电安全规划,对机房设备及空调采取不同母线段的双电源接入方案,双电源具备负荷均分、自动投切的功能。通过对高低压配电设备继电保护的整定值进行调整,实现1#高压进线停电后,2#高压进线自动供电。在极端情况下,若两路高压全部停电,则通过设置合理的油机延时预热时间,使油机以最快的速度加载供电。通过以上措施,在保障安全运行的前提下,IDC机房可以实现无人值守,达到降本增效的目的。 Under the condition of 5G,the power density of blade servers in the IDC room is high,and a shortterm cooling interruption may burn the equipment.In response to this risk,this paper proposed a small IDC room power supply security plan,which employs the dual power supply access solutions with different bus sections for the equipment and air conditioners in the room.The dual power supply has the functions of equal load sharing and automatic cut-in.By adjusting the setting value of the relay protection of high and low voltage power distribution equipment,it can realize automatic power supply form the 2# high voltage incoming line if the power supply from the 1#high voltage incoming line is failure.In extreme cases,if all the two high-voltage circuits are out of power,a reasonable delay preheating time of the diesel generator can be set to enable the diesel generator to load and supply power at the fastest speed.Through the above measures,the IDC room can be unattended,achieving the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
