摘要
对吡虫啉的合成工艺进行清洁化研究。以2-氯-5-氯甲基吡啶、乙二胺和硝基胍为原料,二氯乙烷代替乙腈为溶剂,运用串联反应方法合成了吡虫啉,并通过单因素试验考察了溶剂、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响。在优化条件下,反应收率95.2%,产品含量99.2%,副产氯化钾的产生量和含盐废水排放减少了。该工艺清洁高效、绿色环保、操作简便,具有工业化应用前景。
This paper aims to develop a clean process for synthesis of imidacloprid.It was synthesized via cascade reaction of 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine,anhydrous ethylenediamine and nitroguanidine as raw materials and dichloroethane instead of acetonitrile as reaction solvent.The effects of solvents,pH,raw material ratio,reaction temperature and time on the reaction were studied by single factor experiment.After optimization,the yield was 95.2%with the purity of 99.2%.This synthesis method reduces the discharge of wastewater and by-products of potassium chloride,is clean,efficiency and environmental friendly with low cost,which is suitable for industrial application.
