带弱连接起波钢筋拉伸力学特性有限元分析

摘要 起波钢筋梁的正常工作阶段仅能处于较短的弹性段,限制了使用范围。文章设计了一种带钢筋式弱连接的起波钢筋,通过有限元分别研究了弱连接强度、焊接长度和焊接位置对拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:弱连接初始强度越低,延性越好,但会导致起波钢筋的平直段有所变短;焊接长度越长则模型整体刚度越大,极限等效拉应变减小;低强度等级的弱连接钢筋由于偏心的影响使得侧面焊接的方式不能充分发挥起波钢筋拉直后的强度,其极限应变也相应减小,但随着焊接长度的增加偏心效应有所减小。弱连接均先于起波钢筋拉断而不影响起波钢筋的大变形拉直过程。 The normal working phase of the kinked rebarbeam can only be in its shorter elastic section,which limits the scope of application.A new type of kinked rebar with welded weak link is designed.The effects of strength,welding length and welding position of the weak link on the mechanical properties of the new kinked rebar are separately studied with the finite element model.The results show that the lower the initial strength of the weak link,the better the ductility,but it will cause the straight section of the kinked rebar to become shorter.The longer the welding length,the greater the overall rigidity of the model,resulting in the reduction of the ultimate equivalent tensile strain of the kinked rebar.For the weak link of low strength grade,due to the influence of eccentricity,the way of side welding cannot fully exert the strength of the kinked rebar after straightening,and the ultimate strain is also reduced accordingly,but the eccentric effect decreases with the increase of the welding length.The weak link is prior to the breaking of the kinked rebar without affecting the large deformation straightening process.
