Latent track in solids and ion lithography induced by heavy ion irradiation have been widely used in the manufacture of nanomaterials and nano-devices in the last two decades[1,2].To understand the transport and rectification of the conical nanopore,we created a single conical nanopore model in COMSOL to study the ion concentration distribution and I-V curves.
