粤港澳大湾区都市圈科技创新空间差异及收敛性研究 被引量:30

Research on the Spatial Differences and Convergence Mechanism of Technological Innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要 研究目标:揭示粤港澳大湾区及广佛肇、港深莞惠和澳珠中江等三大都市圈科技创新发展的空间差异及其收敛性。研究方法:利用从国家知识产权局(SIPO)专利检索系统手工爬取的2000~2018年粤港澳大湾区城市级别的发明专利数据,采用Dagum基尼系数及其分解方法对粤港澳大湾区都市圈科技创新发展的空间差异进行分解,采用σ收敛、β收敛、俱乐部收敛对其科技创新发展的收敛机制进行识别研究。采用Pyatt基尼系数方法及空间β条件收敛对结论进行了稳健性检验。研究发现:2000~2018年,粤港澳大湾区科技创新发展的总体差异呈逐渐下降趋势,港深莞惠都市圈内部科技创新发展的差异最大,都市圈间差异是导致粤港澳大湾区科技创新发展差异的主要来源,但其科技创新发展并不具备典型的收敛特征。研究创新:揭示粤港澳大湾区都市圈科技创新发展的空间差异来源,对其σ收敛、β收敛、俱乐部收敛以及空间β条件收敛进行经验检验。研究价值:对于缩小粤港澳大湾区都市圈科技创新发展的空间差异,推动大湾区科技创新集聚发展的扩散及辐射作用具有重要意义。 Research Objectives:This paper is to reveal the spatial development disparity and its convergence mechanism of the technological innovation development between three major metropolitan areas like Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing,Hongkong-Shenzhen-Dongguang-Huizhou,and Macao-Zhuhai-Jiangmen.Research Methods:Using the invention patent data of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city-level from 2000 to 2018 manually crawled from the Patent Search System of the State Intellectual Property Office(SIPO),this paper uses the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method to decompose the spatial gap of three major metropolitan areas in the development of technological innovation.This paper tests theσconvergence,βconvergence and club convergence to identify the convergence mechanism of the development of technological innovation.The Pyatt Gini coefficient method and spatialβcondition convergence are used to test the conclusion for robustness.Research Findings:From 2000 to 2018,the overall spatial development of technological innovation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area shows a declining trend.Differences in the Hongkong-Shenzhen-Dongguang-Huizhou metropolitan areas is the biggest.The differences between metropolitan areas is the main source of technological innovation gap.Technological innovation development does not show the typical convergence characteristics.Research Innovations:To reveal the source of the spatial differences in the development of technological innovation in three major metropolitan areas,and to empirically test theσconvergence,βconvergence and club convergence.Research Value:It is of great significance to narrow the spatial difference in the development of technological innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and to promote the diffusion and radiation effects of the development and agglomeration of technology innovation in the Bay Area.
