摘要
以某款乘用车为基准,搭建了传统燃油车、12 V启停、48 V混动系统仿真模型,并进行了热机下的经济性仿真计算及试验验证.结果表明,经济性仿真结果与试验结果有很好的一致性,为48 V车节油优化准备了基准模型;与传统车相比,12 V启停节油5%,48 V节油约12%,并且48 V节油潜力优化后可达到18%;针对法规NEDC工况,从多方案分析48 V混动系统的优势.
Taking a passenger vehicle as the research object,the simulation models of traditional fuel car,12V start-stop and 48V hybrid system were built,and the economic simulation calculations and test verification were carried out.The results show that the economic simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.Compared with the traditional vehicle,the 12V start-stop system was able to reduce fuel consumption by 5%,the 48V system could further increase the fuel saving to about 12%.After optimization,the fuel economy of the 48V system can reach as high as 18%.According to the regulatory NEDC condition,the advantages of 48V hybrid system are analyzed via multiple schemes.
