摘要
在当前"大思政"格局下,高校学生工作处(部)需立足自身管理工作,充分挖掘育人资源,完善育人制度和措施,通过大型活动和工作关键节点,不失时机地对学生进行思想政治教育,实现思想政治教育与学生管理工作的有机统一。具体可通过举行升国旗仪式,强化对大学生的爱国主义和理想信念教育;通过征兵工作和军训活动,培养、端正和提升大学生的入伍动机,培养学生的坚强意志品质和团结协作精神;通过对学业考试的宣传教育和严格管理,培养大学生诚信、自律、勤学的优秀品德。
Under the current teaching pattern of ideological and political education,the College Student Affairs Office(Department)should,based on its own management work,fully tap the educational resources,improve the education system and measures,and carry out ideological and political education for students through large-scale activities and key work nodes to realize the unity of ideological and political education and student management.Specifically,we can strengthen the patriotism and belief education of college students by holding the flag raising ceremony,correct college students’motivation and develop their perseverance and cooperation spirit through the recruitment work and military training activities.Through the publicity and strict management of the academic examination,we can cultivate the integrity,self-discipline and diligence of the students.
