摘要
综述桑黄基源、人工栽培、发酵,以及分类学鉴别,化学鉴别,水分、灰分、浸出物限定,农药残留、重金属及有害元素限定,活性成分含量测定方法,炮制等研究进展,分析桑黄质量控制、标准化存在的问题,提出制定桑黄质量标准的建议.结果显示:桑黄基源物种存在一定争议,不同地区逐渐形成了适合本地的栽培模式,尚没有公认的桑黄活性成分可对其进行质量评价;在桑黄标准制定过程中,要科学选择桑黄基源,严格考量桑黄发酵产品,充分考察桑黄道地性,注重前瞻性、实用性和代表性.
This work briefly describes the origin,artificial cultivation and fermentation progress of Sanghuang mushroom,summarizes its taxonomic,chemical identification,limits of moisture,ash,extracts,pesticide residues,heavy metals and harmful elements,determination methods of active ingredients,processing and other research progress,analyzes the problems in the quality control and standardization,and provides suggestions for creating quality standards.The results show that there are certain controversies about the source of specie,and different regions have gradually developed a suitable local cultivation mode.There is no golden ingredient for its quality criteria.To set the standard,scientific selection of the source,strictly evaluation of the fermented products and geo-authentic background are stringently warranted with prospective,practical and representative attention.
