摘要
目的观察独活寄生汤联合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月至2019年12月我院收治的108例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(54例,中医正骨手法)和观察组(54例,独活寄生汤联合中医正骨手法)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、5-HT、PGE2水平均降低,β-EP水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后及治疗3个月后,观察组的RMQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤联合中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可有效缓解炎症反应和疼痛程度,改善患者的腰椎功能,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with bone setting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 108 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(54 cases,bone setting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment)and observation group(54 cases,Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with bone setting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,5-HT and PGE2 in the two groups decreased,β-EP level increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and after 3 months of treatment,the RMQ score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with bone setting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect,it can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and pain degree,and improve the lumbar function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
