摘要
目的探讨脑栓通胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2020年3月收治的88例急性脑梗死患者依据治疗方法分为研究组(n=44,脑栓通胶囊联合尤瑞克林)与对照组(n=44,尤瑞克林),各44例。比较两组的神经功能缺损程度、认知功能、生活自理能力、相关血清指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS、ADL评分、TNF-α、ET-1及NT-proBNP水平均降低,MoCA评分均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论脑栓通胶囊联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的效果良好,可明显改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,减轻炎症反应,安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naoshuantong capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into study group(n=44,Naoshuantong capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase)and control group(n=44,urinary kallidinogenase)according to the treatment method,with 44 cases in each group.The degree of neurological deficit,cognitive function,self-care ability,related serum indicators,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NIHSS and ADL scores,the levels of TNF-α,ET-1 and NT-proBNP in the two groups decreased,while MOCA score increased,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Naoshuantong capsule combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a good effect,which can significantly improve the neurological function defect,and reduce inflammatory reaction,with high safety.
