摘要
该文探讨了教师课堂教学能力的重要性,指出高校教师课堂教学能力的现状,并根据调研与文献资料对教师课堂教学所必须的能力进行分析,给出教师课堂教学能力的提升策略,呼吁职业院校教师顺应时代潮流,不断提高课堂教学能力,提高课堂教学质量,以教师课堂教学能力的提升为切入点,为新时代背景下高校青年教师的未来职业发展提供参考。
This paper discusses the importance of teachers’classroom teaching ability,points out the current situation of University Teachers’classroom teaching ability,and analyzes the necessary ability of teachers’classroom teaching according to research and literature,and gives the strategies to improve the teachers’classroom teaching ability.It calls on the teachers of vocational colleges to comply with the trend of the times,constantly improve the classroom teaching ability,improve the quality of classroom teaching.The improvement of classroom teaching ability is the breakthrough point to provide reference for the future career development of young college teachers under the background of the new era.
