徽州传统民居冬季室内热环境影响因素分析

摘要 徽州传统民居冬季室内寒冷潮湿,热舒适性差。基于典型徽州传统民居室内外热环境参数测试,剖析徽州传统民居冬季寒冷的影响因素,为民居优化设计提供理论依据。徽州传统民居冬季热平衡研究结果表明:通风耗热对冬季民居室内热环境的影响最大,是第一大失热项,占总失热量的71.3%。外围护结构耗热是第二大失热项,占比28.7%。徽州传统民居冬季寒冷的主要原因是通风传热和外围护结构传热,相比于增强围护结构保温性能,减少天井通风引起的传热更为重要。通过开合式天井改造,优化建筑气密性,可达到改善徽州传统民居冬季热环境的效果。 Huizhou traditional dwellings,cold and humid in winter,have poor thermal comfort.Based on indoor and outdoor thermal environment parameters in Huizhou traditional dwelling to analyze its thermal environment of Influencing factors in winter.The reason of cold in Huizhou traditional dwellings was parsed,which can provide theory basis for optimization design of dwelling.The research results of Huizhou traditional dwelling thermal balance indicate that ventilation heat transfer have the greatest effect on indoor thermal environment of dwelling in winter.It is the first major heat loss item and 71.3%of total heat loss.The heat transfer of the external protect structure is the second largest heat loss item,accounted for 28.7%.The reason for the cold dwellings in winter is the ventilation and the external protection structure large heat dissipation.Compared with the enhancement of the insulation performance of the envelope structure,it is more important to reduce heat dissipation of the patio ventilation.The improvement of indoor thermal environment is obviously based on the proposed building envelope retrofit scheme.
