The Effect of Thermal Discomfort on Human Physiological Response and Performance

摘要 为了探究室内温度升高引起的热不适环境中人体的生理反应和工作效率的变化情况,本研究采用主观评价,生理测量和绩效测试的方法,招募30名受试者在模拟实验室的5个不同温度工况下进行了实验研究。结果表明,空气温度与热感觉投票和热舒适投票均存在显著的线性关系。当空气温度升高时,受试者的热感觉增大,舒适性下降。热不适环境对受试者的工作表现有着负面的影响,随着温度升高,任务的准确度下降且反应时显著增加。当受试者感到热不舒适时,他们的核心温度,皮肤温度和心率显著增大,而血压和血氧饱和浓度显著降低。人体的大部分生理参数与测试任务的准确度和反应时存在较为显著的相关性,这表明人们在热不舒适环境中造成的工作效率下降是由生理机制引起的。 To explore the changes in human physiological response and performance in the thermal discomfort environment caused by the increase in indoor temperature,this study adopted the methods of subjective evaluation,physiological measurement and performance testing,and recruited 30 participants to conduct experiments under five different conditions in the field laboratory.The results show that there is a significant linear relationship between air temperature and thermal sensation vote and thermal comfort vote.When the air temperature increased,thermal sensation vote increased and comfort decreased.Thermal discomfort has a negative impact on the performance of participants.As temperature increased,accuracy decreased and response time increased significantly.When participants felt thermal discomfort,their core temperature,skin temperature and heart rate increased significantly,while blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation decreased significantly.It is found that there is a significant correlation between most of physiological parameters and task accuracy and response time,which indicate that human performance decline in a thermally uncomfortable environment is caused by physiological mechanisms.
