摘要
本文运用蒙特卡罗光线追踪法模拟了不同辐射强度下LS-2型槽式太阳能集热器集热管上的能流密度分布,集热管正面与背面能流密度差值较大。以此为基础,通过数值模拟的方式分别从太阳辐射强度、集热管入口流体温度和流速、管壁粗糙度等角度模拟分析了其对集热器的集热效率、集热管内流体的温升、压损等集热管热性能的影响,其中增强太阳辐射在一定程度上能提高集热效率,而入口流体温度和流速、管壁粗糙度的增大均会造成一些不利影响。
Monte Carlo ray tracing method is used to simulate the distribution of energy flux density on the collection heat pipe of LS-2 trough solar collector under different radiation intensity,and the difference of energy flux density between the front and the back of the collection heat pipe is larger.On this basis,in FLUENT,numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of solar radiation intensity,fluid temperature and flow rate at the inlet of the collection heat pipe,tube wall roughness and other aspects on the heat collection efficiency of the collector,fluid temperature rise and pressure loss of the collector through the collector.Enhancing solar radiation can improve heat collection efficiency to some extent,but the increase of the inlet fluid temperature and flow rate,wall roughness can cause some adverse effects.
