摘要
通过控制悬浮聚合工艺中的搅拌强度,制备了不同粒径的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯磁性树脂,并对其进行季铵化处理,重点考察粒径对磁性树脂吸附腐殖酸的影响。研究结果表明,提高搅拌速度可以降低制备得到的树脂粒径,使其交换容量提高,比表面积增加,从而提升小颗粒树脂去除腐殖酸的动力学性能和吸附容量。准二级动力学方程的拟合结果显示,平均粒径为90μm的树脂对腐殖酸的平衡吸附量可以达到平均粒径分别为230和450μm树脂的1.20倍和1.80倍。小粒径树脂表现出更高的再生有效性,但并不会影响其去除腐殖酸的分子量和亲疏水性特征。
Quaternized glycidyl methacrylate magnetic resins with different particle sizes were prepared by controlling the agitation intensity in the suspension polymerization process.The resins were treated with quaternization and the effect of particle size on humic acid removal using the as-prepared magnetic resins was investigated.The results showed that increasing the stirring rate could reduce the resin size and enhance its exchange capacity as well as specific surface area,therefore improve the kinetics and equilibrium of humic acid removal by small magnetic resins.Based on the fitting results of the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,the equilibrium adsorption capacity of humic acid by the resin with the average size of 90μm was 1.20 and 1.80 times as much as those with average particle sizes of 230μm and 450μm,respectively.Smaller resins also demonstrated better regeneration efficiency,however,it barely affected the characteristics of humic acid removal in terms of molecular weight and hydrophilic/hydrophobic species.
