摘要
近年,人们对高品质鸡肉制品的需求量不断增加,传统模式下生产的肉鸡市场需求量逐渐下降,绿色、生态、安全的肉鸡制品需求量不断增加。积极发展山地生态鸡养殖是满足消费者对高品质鸡肉制品需求的关键举措,同时也有利于实现农民群众增产增收,帮助农民群众获得更高的经济效益,提高资源利用效率。该文主要论述山地生态鸡养殖技术要点。
In recent years,the demand for high-quality chicken products has been increasing,the market demand for broiler products produced under the traditional mode has been decreasing,and the demand for green,ecological and safe chicken products has been increasing.The active development of eco-chicken farming in mountainous areas is a key measure to meet the needs of consumers for high-quality chicken products,and at the same time,it is also conducive to increasing the production and income of the farmers and helping them to obtain higher economic benefits,increase the efficiency of resource utilization.This paper mainly discusses the main technical points of ecological chicken breeding in mountainous area.
