摘要 为了打造优秀的实训教师队伍,增强学生的职业技能水平,促进学生零距离对接就业岗位,技能竞赛紧紧围绕企业和市场的需求,代表着行业的先进水平,对推动职教改革具有积极意义。学前教育专业技能竞赛的内容和标准涵盖声乐、琴法、舞蹈、美术、讲故事等方面,对专业实训教学有很强的指导作用。X校的学前教育专业实训课积极对标教学,业已取得较好的效果。 In order to create an excellent team of practical training teachers, enhance students’ vocational skills level, and promote students’ zero distance connection with employment posts, skills competition closely focuses on the needs of enterprises and markets, representing the advanced level of the industry, and has positive significance for promoting the reform of vocational education. The content and standard of preschool education professional skills competition cover vocal music, piano method, dance, art, story telling, etc., which has a strong guiding role in professional training teaching. X school’s preschool education professional training courses actively benchmarking teaching, has achieved good results.
