不同方法提取茶油对便秘小鼠的通便作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用盐酸洛哌丁胺建立小鼠便秘模型,比较不同方法提取茶油对功能性便秘小鼠墨汁推进率、首次排黑便时间以及5 h内排便粒数的影响。与空白组比较,小鼠的实验前后体重无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同方法提取的茶油低、中、高3个剂量组中小鼠的墨汁推进率均高于模型组,且随着剂量的增大墨汁推进率也有所提高;不同方法提取茶油高剂量组小鼠的首次排黑便所需时间和5 h内排便粒数有显著性差异。各组受试物对小鼠的体重均无不良影响且不同方法提取所得茶油对便秘小鼠有一定的润肠通便作用。探究不同方法提取茶油对功能性便秘小鼠的润肠通便作用,可以为茶油的广泛应用提供实验依据。 The mouse constipation model was established by using loperamide hydrochloride to compare the effects of tea seed oil(TSO)extracted by various extraction methods on the ink propelling rate of functional constipation mice,the first blackout time and the number of defecation within 5 h were recorded.Compared with the blank group,the body weights of experimental groups had no significant difference before and after the experiment(P>0.05),and the ink propelling rate in the low,medium and high doses of TSO,extracted by different methods was higher than that of the model,and the ink propelling rate also increased with the rise of the dose.In the high-dose group of experimental TSO,there was a significant difference in the first blackout time and the number of defecation particles in 5 h.There was no adverse effect on the body weight of the mice during the experiment.TSO extracted by different methods had a certain laxative effect on constipation mice.Exploring the laxative effect of extracted by various extraction methods on functional constipation mice was able to provide an experimental basis for the wide application of TSO.
