摘要
为解决切片机落料不均匀,切片后电子皮带秤流量波动大及CPK偏低的问题,优化基于FT623型分切机的切片回潮控制系统。首先,调整切片出口导料板的倾斜角度,固定挡料板位置,调整切刀、翻料板、挡料板的动作顺序;其次,优化切片后出口提升皮带的控制方式;最后,优化切片机的控制程序。该系统优化后,切片机切片均匀且摆放整齐,电子皮带秤流量可反馈控制出口提升皮带频率,实现出口提升皮带速度自动跟踪电子皮带秤流量变化的功能。CPK由优化前的0.1~0.3上升至优化后的1.25~1.3。
In order to solve the problems of uneven blanking,large flow fluctuation of electronic belt scale after slicing and low CPK,the chip moisture regain control system based on FT623 slicer was optimized.Firstly,the tilt angle of the guide plate at the exit of the slicer is adjusted,the position of the baffle plate is fixed,and the action sequence of the cutter,turnover plate and baffle plate is adjusted;secondly,the control mode of the exit lifting belt after slicing is optimized;finally,the control program of the slicer is optimized.After the optimization of the system,the slicer slices are even and placed in order.The flow rate of the electronic belt scale can feedback control the frequency of the elevator,and realize the function of automatically tracking the flow change of the electronic belt scale.CPK increased from 0.1~0.3 before optimization to 1.25~1.3 after optimization.
