成都平原地区核桃林下适宜草坪草种的筛选及评价 被引量:2

Screening and evaluation of suitable turfgrass species under walnut forest in Chengdu Plain

摘要 【目的】探究成都平原地区核桃林环境下适宜种植的草坪草种.【方法】以剪股颖、高羊茅、进口高羊茅、‘猎狗V号’、早熟禾、马蹄金、白三叶、狗牙根、紫花苜蓿8个草种为试验材料,通过大田试验和耐受性试验,研究不同草种的形态特征及生理生化指标的变化.【结果】大田试验中剪股颖和马蹄金的出苗和成坪期(7、30 d和12、40 d)较短、盖度最高、杂草入侵量(427.20、277.44 g)较低.化感物质耐受性试验中,随着处理浓度的升高,马蹄金的盖度、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性糖(SS)和叶绿素均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,MDA趋势与之相反,在50%处理浓度时,盖度(98%)、POD(877.97μg/g)和SS(1.73 mg/g)呈现最高,MDA(1.78μmol/g)呈现最低;而剪股颖的盖度、POD和叶绿素呈现先升高后降低的趋势,SS呈现降低的趋势,MDA则呈现升高的趋势.耐阴性试验中,随着遮阴强度增大,马蹄金的盖度、POD、SS和叶绿素均呈现升高的趋势,MDA趋势与之相反,在高遮阴度70%下,盖度(96%)、POD(868.09μg/g)和SS(0.23 mg/g)呈现最高,MDA(1.34μmol/g)呈现最低;而剪股颖的盖度、POD和叶绿素呈现降低的趋势,SS呈现先升高后降低的趋势,MDA呈现升高的趋势.【结论】在初筛试验中,只有马蹄金和剪股颖的覆盖度较大、适应性较好,可作为进一步评价的草种;而在耐受性试验中,马蹄金的化感耐受性和耐阴性均强于剪股颖,主要通过增加抗氧化酶和渗透调节物质来抵御胁迫,使得MDA和叶绿素含量维持在正常水平;因此,确定马蹄金作为成都平原区核桃园林间作的适宜草种,为核桃园等其他特殊生境下生草栽培模式的应用提供了依据. 【Objective】To explore the suitable turfgrass species for planting under walnut forest in Chengdu plain.【Method】Eight grass species including Agrostis stolonifera,Festuca arundinacea,Houndog V,Poa pratensis,Dichondra repens,Trifolium repens,Bermuda grass and Medicago sativa were used as experimental materials to study the changes of morphological characteristics and physiological and biochemical indexes of different grass species through field experiment and tolerance test.【Result】In the field experiment,the emergence and formation period(7,30 d and 12,40 d)of D.repens and A.stolonifera were shorter,the coverage(63%,87%)was higher and the invasion of weeds(427.20 g,277.44 g)was low.In the allelopathic tolerance test,with the increase of treatment concentration,the coverage,POD activity,SS and chlorophyll contents of D.repens increased at first and then decreased,while the trend of MDA content was the opposite,at a concentration of 50%,the coverage(98%),POD(877.97μg/g)and SS(1.73 mg/g)were the highest,and MDA(1.78μmol/g)was the lowest;while coverage,POD and chlorophyll of A.stolonifera increased at first and then decreased,SS showed a downward trend,MDA showed an increasing trend.In the shade tolerance test,with the increase of shading intensity,the coverage,POD,SS and chlorophyll of D.repens showed an increasing trend,while the trend of MDA was the opposite,under the high shading degree of 70%,the coverage(96%),POD(868.09μg/g)and SS(0.23 mg/g)were the highest,and MDA(1.34μmol/g)was the lowest;while coverage,POD and chlorophyll of A.stolonifera showed a decreasing trend,SS increased at first and then decreased,and MDA showed an increasing trend.【Conclusion】In the preliminary screening test,only D.repens and A.stolonifera have a larger coverage and better adaptability,which can be used as grass species for further evaluation;while in the tolerance test,the allelopathy and tolerance of D.repens are stronger than A.stolonifera,mainly by increasing antioxidant enzymes and osmotic adjustment substanc
