摘要
目的调查临床医护人员对医技科室的满意度评价,提高医技科室的工作质量与效率。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对2017年和2018年同期两季度共839位医护人员进行自制问卷调查,应用描述性分析、t检验及单因素方差分析等方法,分析临床医护人员对医技科室满意度的评价现状。结果临床医护人员对医技科室的总体满意度较高(3.71±0.42分);临床科室行政副主任对医技科室满意度得分较低;两季度临床医护人员对医技科室满意度得分提升明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床医护人员对医技科室总体满意度有待提高,且其与岗位、职称、职务等因素密切相关。医院应高度重视医技科室人才培养,加强与临床科室沟通,完善院科两级质量管理制度,提高医技科室工作质量和效率。
Objective To explore the satisfaction evaluation of clinical medical staff towards medical technology department and improve the work quality and efficiency of medical technology department.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used.Totally 839 medical staffs in two quarters of 2017 and 2018 were investigated with the self-designed demographic questionnaires.Descriptive analysis,t-test and one-way analysis of variance were applied to analyze the current situation of clinical medical staff's evaluation of satisfaction with medical technology departments.Results Overall,the clinical staffs held a higher satisfaction towards the medical technology department(3.71±0.42 points).The satisfaction scores of clinical deputy directors of administration towards the medical technology department were lower.There was a statistically significant difference between the satisfaction scores of clinical staffs to medical technology departments in two quarter.Conclusion The clinical staffs hold a higher satisfaction towards the medical technology department,but the scores of satisfaction dimensions of medical technology departments are lower.Moreover,station,professional title and position are closely related to the satisfaction evaluation of clinical medical staff towards medical technology departments.Hospital should attach importance to the talent training of medical technology,strengthen communication with clinical departments and improve the two-level quality management system of academies and departments,enhancing the quality and efficiency of medical technical departments.
