布鲁氏菌毒力因子及致病机制研究新进展 被引量:2

New Progress in the Study of Virulence Factors and Pathogenic Mechanism of Brucella

摘要 布鲁氏菌是一类兼性胞内寄生菌,其最重要的特征是能够在吞噬细胞和非吞噬细胞中生存繁殖.布鲁氏菌不产生经典的毒力因子如外毒素、胞外酶、质粒菌毛等,其毒力因子有脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)、T4SS分泌系统和BvrR/BvrS系统.它们能够与宿主细胞表面相互作用,形成早期、晚期的布氏小体(Brucella Containing Vacuole,BCV),在细菌繁殖时与内质网发生相互作用.此外,布鲁氏菌具有密度感应系统(quorum sensing,QS),能够有效地协调各种毒力因子的表达,巧妙地逃脱宿主细胞的细胞免疫.现围绕与布鲁氏菌致病有关的毒力因子及其致病机制等方面的研究进展进行综述. Brucella is a kind of facultative intracellular parasitic bacteria,the most important feature is the ability to survive and reproduce in phagocytes and non-phagocytes.Brucella does not produce classical virulence factors such as exotoxin,extracellular enzyme,plasmid pili and so on.The main virulence factors of brucella are:lipopolysaccharide(LPS),the T4SS secretion system and the BvrR/BvrS system,which can interact with the host cell surface to form the early and late Brucella Containing Vacuole(BCV),interacting with the endoplasmic reticulum during bacterial reproduction.In addition,brucella has a quorum sensing(QS)system,which can effectively coordinate the expression of various virulence factors,ingeniously escape the cellular immunity of host cells.This paper reviews the research progress of virulence factors and pathogenic mechanism related to brucella.
