摘要
针对石柱、烟囱、冷却塔等圆周对称的柱体倾斜监测需求,介绍了一种基于Leica TM30全站仪的免棱镜测量方法,研究其测量原理、数据处理方法及测量精度。以Leica Axyz经纬仪测量系统为检测手段,验证了TM30免棱镜测量模式的点位整体误差可达±(1~2)mm,能够满足大多数柱体倾斜监测的精度要求。设计了TM30免棱镜模式的柱体倾斜监测方案,并基于MATLAB编制柱体断面圆的拟合计算程序,实现了柱体中心线坐标的拟合计算与倾斜量分析,提高了工作效率。工程实践表明,该方法能够有效实现圆周对称柱体监测目标的倾斜监测,且精度符合规范要求,可靠性强。
Aiming at the requirements of tilting monitoring of cylindrical symmetry cylinders such as stone columns,chimneys and cooling towers,a prism-free measuring method based on Leica TM30 total station is introduced,and its measurement principle,data processing method and measurement accuracy are studied.Using the Leica Axyz theodolite measurement system as the detection method,it is verified that the overall error of the TM30 prism-free measurement mode can reach±(1~2)mm,which can meet the accuracy requirements of most cylinder tilt monitoring.The column tilt monitoring scheme of TM30 prism-free mode is designed,and the fitting calculation program of cylinder section circle is compiled based on MATLAB.The fitting calculation and tilt amount analysis of the center line coordinates of the cylinder are realized,and the work efficiency is improved.The engineering practice shows that the method can effectively realize the tilt monitoring of the monitoring target of the circular symmetric cylinder,and the accuracy meets the requirements of the specification and the reliability is strong.
