摘要
UV-C紫外辐射消毒技术用于空气消毒有着悠久的历史,近年来在高纯水处理、家庭池塘、食物保鲜等应用领域也取得了长足的发展。基于各种微生物的结构、大小、灭活所需紫外辐射剂量,以及人体的暴露安全限值,从有效辐射剂量、应用安全、杀菌效果、光源选择等方面阐述了紫外线杀菌产品的设计原理。结合汞蒸气放电紫外灯的特点,介绍了空气消毒、表面消毒、液体消毒中的应用要点,并给出相关的数据和计算方法。
Ultraviolet C(UV-C)radiation disinfection has a long and honourable history in cleaning room air.In recent years,growth in other applications such as high tech volume liquid treatment,domestic ponds and food surface treatment has expanded.In this paper,the components,size,survival-UV dose of different types of microorganisms are introduced,and the ultraviolet radiation threshold limited values(TLV)are presented.The design principle of ultraviolet disinfection products is expounded from the aspects of effective radiation dose,application safety,disinfection effect and light source selection.Based on the characteristics of mercury discharge UV lamp,the core points in air disinfection,surface disinfection and liquid disinfection are discussed,and the relevant data and calculation methods are presented.
