摘要
医疗废物管理是医疗废物安全处置的重要保障。重大传染病疫情背景下,做好医疗废物管理工作是创造健康医疗环境,避免疾病传播的重要环节。基于医疗废物全过程管理,结合黑龙江省医疗机构医疗废物管理存在的如管理制度体系、分类收集水平、暂存处置设施、处置方式、个人防护、监管方式等方面的问题,针对性地提出建立完善制度体系、提升分类处置能力、加强健康教育、创新监管手段等对策建议。
Medical waste management is an important guarantee for the safe disposal of medical waste.Under the background of major infectious diseases,medical waste management is an important link to create a healthy medical environment and avoid the spread of diseases.Based on the whole process management of medical waste and the problems existing in the management of medical waste in medical institutions in Heilongjiang Province,such as management system,classified collection level,temporary storage and disposal facilities,disposal methods,personal protection and supervision methods,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for establishing and perfecting the system,improving the ability of classified disposal,strengthening health education and innovating supervision means.
